Booked an appointment 4 days in advance, took my car in for a check up in the morning and was told to come back In the afternoon the same day. Went back after 5 hours , nothing was done,they made no effort , they didn't bother to ring me either to let me know the situation and the young lad who I spoke to just said to me he didn't check the car and don't think he can fix the issue anyway. So wasted a day work and wasted my time for no reason.
Excellent customer service from Lewis in the cycle shop. Efficiently repaired the issue with my bike, was very pleasant and looked after us on the price. Excellent all round.

I needed a tyre urgently on a Sunday. I took it there and they didnt have my size in stock. The mechanic directed me to kwik fit and told me that if they gave me a long wait time, just to buy the tyre there and bring it back and he would fit it. I did just that: he fitted it in 10 minutes and didnt even want to charge me. Amazing service.
