I have to say that I do not recognise the situations mention by other reviews. I have never been unable to get an appointment, maybe not with the doctor I always like to see (but if I'm unwell it doesn't matter) and I always feel that I get the best attention.M Powell

If you can actually get through on the phone you are lucky, after that unless it is an emergency you are unlikely to get an appointment. As I am one person that would not class every ailment as an emergency it is nearly impossible to get an appointment.
