Great environment to train in, great community... Excellent results!
In the 6 months i've known Glenn so far he has taken me from the worst to the best shape of my life. Our entire family is now fitter and healthier, and because it's such a family friendly gym my 5yo daughter is learning positive habits for the future. Everyone there makes for a lovely community which just adds the icing to a pretty awesome cake!
The best environment to be better than before. Glenn is a superb trainer and has build a wonderful community that push and encourage one another. This is not a gym, it's a gateway to a better lifestyle.
