My first experience of southam carpets was a couple of years ago, I was waiting in for someone to come and give me a quote, whilst waiting I received a text message, saying and I quote, I'm sorry I can't make the appointment has I can't get a signal on my phone, what's that got to do with laying carpet is beyond me, very odd, and I didn't hear anymore after that, I recently went into the shop to see if someone could call at me new address, which is just around the corner from where there shop is, I was given a card with the name of the person who would be calling to measure up, and this person is a director of the company, a time was set, and I waited in, but no one called or phoned to let me know what was going on, I believe that to be the height of sheer ignorance and extremely rude, and has far has I'm concerned southam carpets, your customer service is a shambles.
I would strongly recommend Southam Carpets. The quality of their carpet fitting is unrivalled. Their attention to detail puts them head and shoulders above the rest.
