always a good take out , have one around once a month from here for myself and my brother , pork chow mein, always good, hong kong spring rolls, very good, in fact not had a bad or even mediocre meal yet , and I am fussy.A high turnover kitchen is bound to at times make a small error but the consistancy is always good.well done ..Now Im hungry maybe I will have one tonight..:-)

Suddenly decided they are not going to take many card payments want to take cash only. Poor customer experience (I have been a long standing customer) and smacks of they not wanting to put all business through the books.

Terrible customer service, told food would be delivered in 45mins but 2 hours later no food. They prioritise walk ins so don't order for delivery as you'll be lucky to get anything. Food is ok but not worth it and they don't care about their customers. Fingers crossed Southam gets a new reputable Chinese takeaway soon.
