It took three months to sell our property but eventually it all went well. Laura and Louise were both excellent keeping us informed throughout the process. The 1% commission rate is particularly good value. More expensive agents could not have done more.Our only criticism were the errors and omissions in the first details of the property. Once corrected everything went fine.
